These Terms & Conditions are issued by AIMS NZ and apply to the use of our website, www.aimsnz.com.
They govern your access to and use of our website, including browsing, placing orders, participating in promotions, and submitting information to us. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


Contact Lens Prescriptions

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

You confirm that you hold a valid contact lens prescription issued within the past 24 months for the products you are ordering. You further warrant that all prescription details you provide exactly match the prescription issued by your qualified Eyecare Provider.

AIMS NZ does not accept responsibility for any consequences arising from incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information supplied by customers.

You agree to follow all instructions and recommendations provided by your Eyecare Provider regarding the use, care, and wearing schedule of your contact lenses. If you experience any discomfort, changes in vision, or abnormal appearance of your eyes, you agree to immediately discontinue use and seek advice from an Eyecare Provider.

Where reasonably required, you consent to AIMS NZ verifying your prescription and any related eye-care information. We will notify you prior to any such verification. You retain the right to withdraw your consent at that time, in which case we reserve the right to cancel or terminate your order.


Eye Examination Recommendation

To ensure the safe and effective use of contact lenses, we recommend having a comprehensive eye examination at least once every twelve (12) months.
For safety and compliance purposes, your most recent eye examination should not exceed 24 months.


Formation of Contract

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

A contract between you and AIMS NZ is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. Payment will be processed upon acceptance of your order.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payment received.


Ordering Process

Orders are placed by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. This process includes providing delivery and billing information, submitting prescription details where required, entering payment information, and confirming your order.

Upon successful submission, you will be presented with a confirmation page summarizing your order details. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided.


Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order that we believe has been placed:

  • For commercial resale purposes

  • Fraudulently or in violation of these Terms & Conditions

  • In breach of applicable laws or regulations

In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
