We believe in providing the highest standard of service available at all times, and also accept the responsibility of the role we have in helping to develop the interpreting profession’s capacity to service specialties and locations for the long term. We aim for safe and sustainable growth and development within the interpreting profession.

For example since 2003 we have been actively developing the professions’ capacity in the specialty area of mental health interpreting, and have managed over one thousand mental health related assignments in that time. We have received many messages of positive feedback for our high quality services in this sector.

We are also keen to cooperate with other providers and services to establish viable, high quality interpreting services outside of the major cities. Interpreters in general are in short supply and we welcome discussions around how such services can be safe and sustainable for interpreters as well as the communities that rely on their practice.
